You and 34 guests will be led through an unforgettable evening by winery sales manager Lindsey Lasky. The five-course dinner begins with grilled octopus served with Truchard Vineyard Chardonnay. A second course of grilled garden salad is matched with EnRoute Pinot Noir, followed by braised lamb and polenta paired with State Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon. A fourth course of Wagyu tenderloin and barley risotto is served with Dogleg Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon. The evening ends with baked brie and prosciutto highlighted by Dolce late harvest wine. The extraordinary pleasures of Nickel & Nickel's single-vineyard wines are showcased in this rare opportunity.
