Join B&B Butchers & Restaurant on Thursday, November 16th at 6:30pm for an exclusive Telmont champagne pairing dinner. Enjoy a 5-course menu by B&B's Executive Chef John Piccolino paired with Telmont's premier bruts. 

It will be a fun and educational evening with a special appearance by the Telmont Business Development Director, Rodolphe Maury de Lapeyrouse, who is based in Miami.

Tickets are $195/person, excluding tax and 20% gratuity. Reservations* with a credit card are required.

-The restaurant will call to confirm your booking and ask for a credit card to hold the reservation.

-We ask that reservations include a minimum of 2 guests and a maximum of 6 guests. 

-If you would like to be seated with another party, please let us know. All seating arrangements will be assigned prior to your visit and cannot be changed once you arrive.

-A full refund will be given with a 48-hour cancellation notice. If canceling less than 48 hours in advance, a $150/person fee will be charged to the card on file.

Rodolphe de Lapeyrouse started his career in 1998 in Paris as a passionate entrepreneur with the launch of a travel booking website. The company grew to peak yearly revenues of 25 million euro and expanded into a portfolio of successful website businesses that Rodolphe developed throughout the years. In 2015, after moving to Mexico for personal reasons, he was approached by a lifelong friend working for Remy Cointreau to join the Louis XIII team in Latin America. For 5 years, de Lapeyrouse managed the successful development and positioning of the premium cognac label in Mexico. In 2020, the group acquired Telmont Champagne and Rodolphe was invited to lead the launch in the US. De Lapeyrouse moved to Miami at the beginning of 2022 where he has continued working on the expansion of Telmont Champagne in the US market, and will soon launch Mexico and Canada. Rodolphe lives in Key Biscayne with his wife and their 3-year old son.
